We are currently recruiting for a leading supplements brand in Portugal, which have a powerful team, always innovating and delivering the best to positively impact our customers' lives, providing fitness, energy, health and well-being.
They are currently looking to strengthen their team with a **Finance Assistant** (M/F) for their office located in **Agualva-Cacém, Sintra.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the finance department;
- Perform accounting entries and various reconciliations;
- Analysis, organization, and filing of administrative department documentation;
- Other administrative tasks.
**Ideal Profile**:
- Completed High School;
- Attention to detail;
- Strong analytical skills, sense of responsibility, organization, and rigor;
- **Advanced level of English;**
- **Good knowledge of Excel (mandatory);**
- **Primavera (preferred);**
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
- ** Available immediately and to work on-site in Agualva-Cacém, Sintra**
