**Position Summary**

For our NBS Lisbon Human Resources (HR) department, we are currently looking for a Recruiter and Employer Branding Specialist. Reporting to HR Manager, this professional will be responsible for the recruitment and to define, maintain and promote our Employer Brand to attract the right talent.

**A day in the life of...**
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs;
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports and KPIs to the rest of the center;
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Lead, drive and support the development and the implementation of the annual Employer Branding activities

**What will make you successful**
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related areas
- At least 2 years of experience in HR areas, mainly recruitment
- Fluent in English
- Adaptable, agile, eye for detail and resilient
- Good priority management and communication skills
- Strong proactive cooperation, initiative, results focus and understand the business environment
