We operate as a consulting service firm since 2013 and offer specialized consulting services to clients In the areas of finance and information technology.

We are currently looking for
**GDPR Officer** to integrate one of our project teams in
**Lisbon**. The
**GDPR Officer** is expected to lead daily GDPR business-as-usual duties within as 1st Line of Defense (1LoD), supporting CIB clients in achieving their objectives in terms of compliance with Privacy by Design principles and other data protection requirements, in close interaction with CIB Central Data Office, the SPOC network (1LoD) and the DPC/DPO network (2LoD).

**Team Mission**:

- Defining and implementing the governance of the data originated or conveyed within CIB scope;
- Improving data knowledge and data quality;
- Contributing to the development of our information assets.

**Tasks**:

- Ensure CIB project validation processes comply with Privacy by Design principles, and supporting Project Managers on their data protection activities;
- Provide opinion on the data protection section of project impact assessments;
- Manage incoming external and internal requests in the outlook inbox CIB GDPR DESK, including Data Subject Rights Requests;
- Publish the CIB GDPR DESK periodic report and manage a dedicated SharePoint space;
- Support CIB Data Office in preparation of data protection committees;
- Contribute to disseminate a culture of personal data protection within CIB;
- Maintain a regulatory watch on data protection;
- Develop and share best practices with the data protection network.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of professional experience in similar functions;
- Knowledge and experience in Personal Data Protection is required;
- Experience in project management & change management is preferred;
- Previous experience in Multinational company On/Offshore model is preferred;
- Previous experience in Financial Services is preferred;
- Able to take on the facilitator role, mobilizing project contributors with ease;
- Create an open and supportive atmosphere, encouraging others to express themselves;
- Provide honest and independent opinions on data protection matters;
- Act with discretion, privacy, respecting confidentiality;
- Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Attention to details and high sense of rigor;
- Ability synthesize and simplify complex concepts to a senior audience;
- Proactiveness and ability to leverage on transversal networks;
- Ability to work in a changing environment/Adaptability;
- Law and/or Business School/Master’s degree from university;
- Specialization in Data Protection/Digital Law is a plus;
- Full proficiency of MSOffice suite;
- Fluent English is mandatory (C1 of higher);
- French and Portuguese are a plus.
