**Content Moderation 4 Social Media In Porto - GERMAN or ITALIAN or FRENCH**:
**Location**: Porto, Portugal

**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about social media and ensuring a safe, engaging environment for users? As a Content Moderator, you will be on the front lines of safeguarding social media platforms, monitoring user-generated content, and enforcing community guidelines. Your fluency in German, Italian, or French will be essential in understanding and moderating content from diverse language backgrounds.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Evaluate Content**: Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal regulations.
- **Enforce Guidelines**: Implement policies consistently, balancing community standards with free expression.
- **Respond to Reports**: Address user reports of inappropriate content and take appropriate action swiftly.
- **Document Activities**: Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and resolutions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with international moderation teams and contribute to developing best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in **German**, **Italian**, or **French** (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher).
- Experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with their policies.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
