As a **Customer Support Specialist**, you will manage customer inquiries related to product features, technical issues, and other questions. You’ll resolve customer requests regarding e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity issues, ensuring high-quality service every time.
**What you'll be doing**:
- **Technical Problem-Solving**: Offer solutions to technical issues such as product setup, wireless connectivity, and software or hardware troubleshooting.
- **Consistent Service Delivery**: Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice in both private and public interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Ticket Management**: Manage your own ticket queue, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate complex cases to higher support tiers as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with technicians to resolve more complex technical help tickets and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- **Proactive Feedback**: Review and provide valuable feedback on help content to improve the overall customer service experience.
- **Flexibility**: Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- **Additional Tasks**: Perform other assigned duties to ensure seamless customer service delivery and contribute to improvements in processes.

- Have native-level of German or Dutch or French native language skills.
- Understand and speak advanced English (B2 level).
- Are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and resolving technical issues.
- Are a strong communicator with the ability to explain complex technical information in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
- Are motivated to live and work in Lisbon for an extended period.

- **Permanent Contract**: Full-time, with fixed working hours from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM) and weekends (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), based on your shift schedule.
