**Support for one of the biggest Swiss Supermarket**

We are looking for reinforcements in the form of Swiss-German-speaking employees for our remote team in the north Portugal.

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

**What do we expect?**
- You speak Swiss German at min. C2 level
- English not mandatory

**Salary and remuneration system**:

- 1010 gross x 14 months,
- up to 120 gross performance bonus
- 20 transport bonus / month (permanent monthly supplement)
- 7,23 NET/day meal (pre-paid card)
