**Your mission**
As Client Manager, you'll be responsible for making sure our clients get the VIP treatment they deserve. You'll be the go-to person for all customer inquiries, and you'll work to make sure that every interaction they have with us is a great one. You'll take care of bookings, customization requests, and delivery issues, making sure that everything is smooth sailing from start to finish.
As a fully remote position, you'll get a lot of freedom in how you organize your days, while having a real impact on the business. You'll work closely with our founders and operations team to ensure our clients receive the best service possible, as you take on full autonomy and a sense of ownership as the first client manager in the company.
Here are some key responsibilities:
- Take new bookings or customization requests
- Resolve delivery issues
- Update customer information
- Monitor customer accounts
- Participate in customer outreach initiatives
- Report bugs, errors, and glitches
- Create documentation from product knowledge
- Design photo stripes
- Plan routes
- Process payment and refunds
**Your profile**
We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, organized, and detail-oriented. As our first client manager, you'll have full autonomy and a sense of ownership in your role.
Here are some key qualifications we're looking for:
- Fluent in Swedish and English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in client management or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
**Salary**: 21,000.00€ - 25,000.00€ per year
