**Job Description**:
**The Global Shared Services Associate Specialist - HR Services plays an important and active role in managing and executing various local HR processes for Organon and supports the Employee Lifecycle Services (ELS). In addition, the position holder will support continuous improvement initiatives, HR systems management and regional projects. He/she serves as the first point of contact for escalations by HR Support Center or HR teams for any local administrative issues.**

**The Associate Specialist collaborates with the regional HRBPs and other HR Centers of Excellence, including the outsourced HR Support Center regarding day-to-day business.**

More specifically, primary activities include, but are not limited to:

- HR Operations support for designated markets including managing all escalations for operational personnel issues such as contract management, entry & exit processes, remuneration management, considering labor, social and tax law regulations and applicable company agreements, and working closely with our external service providers/agencies
- Continuous improvement of operational processes in the supported markets
- Supporting data inputs for payroll where needed
- Communicate changes to global HR policies/procedures and local law, identify the local impact on processes and train HR Service Center agents accordingly
- Support the HR & Payroll onboarding processes regarding benefits for new employees
- Create & maintain local documentation for audits & external agencies
- Support HR team in regard to HR reporting (e.g. Headcount, Service Levels, etc)
- Support designated market’s benefits administration
- General project tasks related to HR systems and processes

What we Require of You:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 to 3 years related work experience, e.g., Human Resources, Shared Services, Talent Acquisition or Customer Care
- Project management skills
- Process orientation - problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken). Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Strong listening & comprehension skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up; strong analytical skills

- Strong MS Office skills, mainly advanced Excel & PowerPoint
- Capable to work independently and coordinate with key partner groups.
