**Description and Main Purpose of the Job**

**What will you do**:

- Help define and communicate the product vision and strategy to all involved teams and stakeholders;
- Communicate with stakeholders to create and prioritize user stories that describe the features and functionalities of the product, and ensure they are aligned with the vision and goals;
- Work alongside Delivery Managers to ensure everyone is on the same page about features, functionality, deadlines, and other details;
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the product being created meets the needs of the stakeholders;
- Ensure that the backlogs and roadmaps are prioritized, clearly defined, and aligned with the product vision and goals;
- Write or oversee the writing of, user guides, API reference documentation, and other technical documentation that describes the product or how the use the product;
- Create the needed technical documentation to guide the software development team;
- Provide or oversee, technical writing support to software as needed.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, language studies or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience as a technical writer;
- Experience as a product owner or a technical product owner;
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for technical writing;
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical content;
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a way that is easily understandable to non-technical users;
- C2 or Native English level proficiency;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment;
- Driven, proactive and able to work autonomously with little supervision towards the company's purpose.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience as a team leader.
