**As a Project Manager, you will**:

- Analyze project results and define the necessary action plans.
- Ensure quality/customer demands efficiently.
- Guarantee respect of procedure and quality standards (ISO, NF345, LRS) on the project.
- Manage turnover and absenteeism and put in place necessary action plans.
- Ensure the availability of production means (material, tools, technical resources) and human resources.
- Ensure the reporting requirements of the project.
- Prepare and lead production/steering committees and client visits.
- Performance of multiple tasks inherent to team management.

**We are looking for**:

- **Native or Proficient in French (C1/C2)**:

- **Fluency in English (C1)**:

- Previous experience in managing a team preferably in a contact center setting
- 2 years’ experience on a similar position
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced industry
- Strong analytics skills
- Excellent guidance & coaching skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
- For citizens of non-EU countries, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
