**About the role**: As a Senior TIA Consultant, you will leverage your extensive experience and expertise to lead complex TIA implementation projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in the insurance industry. You will have a proven track record of success in TIA administration and a desire to take on new challenges.

**Qualifications needed**:

- **Experience working with the TIA solution**
- Experience with Oracle-based business systems including Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, ADF, Oracle database, and WebLogic
- Background in requirement gathering & mapping users’ needs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Excellent technical skills
- Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry’s processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to travel (frequency is up for negotiation)
