We're seeking a dedicated individual who can effectively oversee the storage, distribution, and organization of goods to support our restaurant operations in Lisbon and Costa da Caparica, Portugal.

**Your Central Role**

As the Storehouse Manager at Reia Collective, your responsibilities will include:
Inventory Management:

- Oversee the receiving, storage, and inventory control of all goods, including food, beverages, and supplies, to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Implement inventory management systems and procedures to track stock movements, monitor expiry dates, and optimize storage space utilization.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits to reconcile inventory records, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

**Order Fulfillment**:

- Coordinate with the purchasing department to fulfill orders and replenish stock in a timely manner, ensuring that all items are available for restaurant operations as per the established par levels.
- Monitor stock levels and usage patterns to anticipate demand and proactively adjust ordering quantities to maintain optimal inventory levels.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all incoming goods meet the restaurant's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of stored items to identify any signs of damage, spoilage, or contamination, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and delivery partners to schedule inbound and outbound shipments, track delivery status, and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Optimize logistics operations to minimize transportation costs, reduce lead times, and improve overall efficiency.

**Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation guidelines within the storehouse facility.
- Implement measures to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, including proper storage practices and waste disposal procedures.

**Your Exceptional Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you possess:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage inventory and logistics operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership abilities, with a proven track record of supervising and motivating a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the role.
