Pattern Cutter

We are currently seeking a skilled Cutter to join our R&D team. As a Cutter, you will be responsible for accurately cutting fabric according to the provided patterns and specifications. You will work closely with the pattern cutter, production supervisor, and other team members to ensure the efficient and precise execution of cutting tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review cutting instructions, patterns, and fabric specifications to understand the cutting requirements.
- Set up cutting equipment, such as cutting tables, markers, and cutting tools.
- Lay out fabric according to the pattern and markers.
- Use cutting tools, such as scissors, knives, or automated cutting machines, to accurately cut fabric pieces.
- Follow quality standards to ensure precise and clean cuts.
- Organize and label cut fabric pieces for easy identification and traceability.
- Collaborate with the pattern cutter and production team to resolve any issues related to cutting or fabric utilization.
- Maintain a clean and organized cutting area, including the proper storage of cutting tools and equipment.
- Assist in the inventory management of fabric and cutting supplies.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and practices while operating cutting equipment and handling fabrics.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Cutter in a production environment.
