**Must-Have (Requirements)**:

- Data analysis experience (min. 2 years)
- Strong understanding of business processes and objectives to align analytical efforts with organizational goals.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights considering broader context and correlations.
- Proactive in addressing business challenges and proposing viable solutions.
- Excellent skills in translating complex findings into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements from stakeholders.
- Capacity to evaluate information objectively and make sound judgments; ability to signal significant data changes (e.g., traffic drops) to the team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts and the ability to work with technical teams.

**Good to Have (Bonus Points)**:

- Knowledge of the Digital Media and Digital Marketing industry.
- Experience with advanced analytics techniques and tools.
- Experience with machine learning to derive insights from data.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
