Ferring+You

Ferring’s CFO Transformation Office has a key role in capturing value for the organization in supporting the Finance and other CFO teams successfully drive both top-and bottom-line improvements to bring value. Whilst introducing transformation to further enable Ferring’s business capabilities, employees will undergo changes in tools, technologies and ways of working and role definitions within newly defined global processes.

As our Organizational Change Management Specialist, you will be playing an important role in supporting the delivery and deployment of the change and communications strategy on a global level for the CFO Office Transformation initiatives. Your scope of responsibilities will include the execution of the change and communications plan, working collaboratively with Ferring and other external stakeholders to support the ramp up of the change network from Leaders to Employees.

You will facilitate the approach to manage key stakeholders across functions, ensuring that the change and communication initiatives deployed are effective and minimize overall program risks. In addition, you will support and deliver the change management and communication plans which maximise employee engagement and minimise employee resistance.

Your day at Ferring- Implement and support the deployment of the agreed OCM approach, in alignment with project timelines, considering learning and adapting approach as required.- Delivery and support the operational change management activities on a global level to achieve the CFO Transformation agenda and initiatives roadmap, including standardization and harmonization of business processes, including the setup of external change champion networks (example external BPO) to ensure proper local knowledge of the change impacts for successful implementation.- Design and delivery of the global communication’s strategy and associated branded materials.- Monitor the effectiveness of the various change and communications activities regularly to ensure effectiveness, quality, and scope alignment.- Drive stakeholder analysis and engagement to enable understanding and cooperation for the global implementation of the program.- Active participation and contribution to the Ferring Change Management Community of Practice (CoP), bringing and sharing best practices and associated methodologies and tools to be incorporated into Ferring’s Framework.

Behind our Mission There’s you- University Degree in Business Management or Human Resources.- Experience of 3 years in Organizational Change Management approaches in Organizational Change Management approaches in global transformation projects.- Outsourcing transition or Finance experience is a great plus.- Demonstrated experience in designing branding materials and communication planning.- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and empower people.- International experience within a multicultural organization is a strong plus.- Prosci certification is a great plus.- Fluent English is a must. Proficiency in additional languages a plus.
