**Responsibilities - your mission**

Your mission will be to contribute to the most important aircraft program in our company The A320 Family program is currently going through a production ramp-up and is not only the heart of AIRBUS, but also a door for infinite professional opportunities Your journey starts with us in a digital-driven organization and step by step you will be able to shape your future enjoying the benefits of a European and multinational company

The main tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate in a transnational environment within the A320 Family. Here, you structure and deploy the A320 Family digitalization portfolio.
- Consulting for different customers on digital development and improvement projects (including the understanding, challenging and translation of the customer into clear user stories). As such, you support the governance of the portfolio.
- Supporting Project Leaders in their accountability to achieve time, cost, quality and performance objectives by setting up and tracking the maturity gates of digital developments.
- Continuously improving the ways of working e.g. by facilitating workshops and leading digitization projects. You collect business needs and requirements and manage external partners for the development.
- Consolidating data from Skywise, analyzing, visualizing and interpreting them in order to provide specific deliverables (e.g. KPIs, Dashboards, Performance Analysis, Business Recommendations, Reports, etc )

You have the following skills and experience:

- Diploma or Bachelor + Master degree
- Negotiation level in English
- Good knowledge in Airbus Analytics Platforms (e.g. Skywise including Contour, Slate and Code Repository)
- Programming skills in Python/Pyspark or equivalent including SQL knowledge
- Understanding of digital transformation is a plus
- Your experience with PM tools like JIRA and Qlik Sense
- Excellent G Suite skills
- Experience with data management
- Understanding of Performance Management, Project Management (e.g. Waterfall and Agile methodology) and planning tools (e.g. Planisware, MS Project, etc..)
- Structured way of working with resilience and proactiveness
- Ability to simplify the business and communicate easily
