**As a Project Manager, what are you going to do?**
- Accomplish the stated program objectives;
- Create clear and attainable program objectives;
- Build the program's requirements;
- Managing financial and Operational Performance;
- Manage the constraints of the program management;
- Ability to adapt to the various internal procedures of the contracting party, and to form close links with the nominated representatives;
- Customer and 3rd party Management, working occasionally independently in a customer environment. Co-ordinating internal teams, sub-contractors and managing multiple customers whilst ensuring the commercial interests of the business are represented;
- Commercial, Financial and Risk Management - must have a sound understanding of financials and able to manage a P&L;
- Management of internal resources - ranging from s/w development team, product design/ engineering, Quality Assurance and local installation resources.

**What are the skills and professional experience we’re expecting from you?**
- 5+ years of Experience in a Project Manager or similar role;
- PMP/PMI qualified (or equivalent) with a valid certificate;
- Technical or IT consultant background in the Software Industry;
- Experience managing small to mid-size teams;
- Capable of managing multiple workstreams, through excellent prioritization skills and keeping calm under pressure;
- Experience working biometrics projects with major airlines and/or airports is valued;
- Experience in International projects is valued;
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Speak and writes fluent English - other languages are a plus;
- Availability to travel.
