Estamos a recrutar um **Técnico de Helpdesk de 1ª e 2ª Linha** para o nosso Cliente da área da Banca.
**Perfil / Função Responsabilidades**:
- 12º ano;
- Experiência superior a 3 anos no Setor Bancário;
- Experiência em Atendimento 1ª linha Suporte Técnico na área da Banca/ Mercado Financeiro;
- Domínio da **Língua Inglesa** (oral e escrito);
- Registar, acompanhar, resolver e/ou encaminhar os tickets na solução de ITSM (**serviceNow**) para equipas especializadas;
- Atendimento telefónico na 1ª linha de Suporte Técnico, num período das 8h às 19h, todos os dias úteis e feriados não nacionais;
- Conhecimento em **desbloqueio de passwords Windows**;
- Bitlocker;
- Conhecimentos de utilização de **sistemas de informação Windows e As400** (obrigatório).
