**Job Description** Network Monitoring Expert

Descrição da **Função**:
Dentro de uma empresa internacional, irá juntar-se a uma equipa multinacional e multicultural cujo objectivo é implementar e manter soluções NETSCOUT globais adaptadas às necessidades do gestor de produto da Rede.

Os teus futuros deveres e responsabilidades
- Manter as condições operacionais das plataformas globais NETSCOUT (França, Alemanha, e Reino Unido).
- Colaborar estreitamente com peritos em produtos de rede para criar e modificar, se necessário, os parâmetros dos dispositivos de rede existentes e para assegurar a sua relevância.
- Criar alertas ao mesmo tempo que se definem limiares precisos.
- Implementar os critérios de medição relevantes da rede/aplicação e definir painéis de controlo para diferentes comunidades de utilizadores.
- Conceber e implementar a nova solução de monitorização de rede global, passar do modo silo
- para o modo global.
- Propor a melhoria da aplicação, analisando proactivamente todos os níveis de aplicação para melhorar a Experiência do Utilizador.

Qualificações requeridas para ser bem sucedido neste role

Expertises:
Deve ter Habilidades
- Especialista em soluções NETSCOUT (Dedicated Global Manager, nGenius One Server, sonda Infinistream, Packet Flow Switch, PFS Manger, NetFlow, Pulse).
- Sólida e significativa experiência na gestão de dispositivos de rede.
- Proficiente em inglês
- Capacidade de escrever documentação técnica em inglês.

Habilidades adicionais
- Ferramentas de monitorização experientes (Grafana, Zabbix, DX NetOps Spectrum, Centreon, Cacti, Orion/Solarwind).
- Elástico (ELK).
- Python (Scripts utilizando NETSCOUT API).
- Opcional: Francês (nice to have)

Network Monitoring Expert

Position Description

Within an international company, join a multi-country and multi-cultural team whose objective is to implement and maintain global NETSCOUT solutions adapted to the needs of the Network product manager.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Maintain the operational condition of global NETSCOUT platforms (France, Germany, and UK).
- Closely collaborate with the Network Product experts to set up and modify, if necessary, the parameters on the existing network devices and to ensure their relevance.
- Set up alerts while defining accurate thresholds.
- Design and deploy the new global network monitoring solution, move from silo
- to global
- mode.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Expertises:
Must Have Skills
- Expert in NETSCOUT solutions (Dedicated Global Manager, nGenius One Server, Infinistream probe, Packet Flow Switch, PFS Manger, NetFlow, Pulse).
- Solid and significant experience in Network devices management.
- Proficient in English
- Ability to write technical documentation in English.

Additional Skills
- Experienced monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix, DX NetOps Spectrum, Centreon, Cacti, Orion/Solarwind).
