**What you will do**:

- Support our award-winning Global PR and Communications team — growing consumer, product, and corporate PR and communication activities
- Create content on a regular basis (press releases, articles, infographics, landing pages), liaising closely with our Sleep Research team
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities and trends
- Actively pitch stories to journalists
- Act as an internal communication expert, supporting our 30+ country teams in developing localized PR and communication strategies and tactics that generate reach, increase brand awareness and strengthen our reputation
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of PR and comms activities to optimize the performance
- Support with crisis communication management and employer branding
- Work directly with our network of PR agencies

**What you will bring to us**:

- You are a natural storyteller, with a drive and passion to gain practical working experiences in the field of PR & Communications
- You have stellar communication skills and know how to explain complex topics in an easy and understandable way
- You have a sense for what would make a good story and you are great at pitching ideas — even without doing extensive research beforehand
- You stay calm in stressful situations
- You are solutions-oriented and think outside the box
- You take rational decisions by analyzing and monitoring data and turning insights into actionable tactics
- You are fluent in English
- You are available to start in January 2024
