**Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist (Global Software Company - New Office)**

Are you a senior recruiter/talent acquisition specialist interested in an exciting new challenge?

This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of this new office and the overall strategic growth of this global software company. There is scope for this role to either be a permanent position or they are open to considering a contractor.

If you are a talent acquisition/recruitment specialist with 8 + years experience working within a global organisation dealing with global stakeholders and able to be hands on but also drive the talent acquisition strategy, we want to hear from you

**The Client**

Our client is a fast growing, award winning global software company who have developed a market leading SaaS based marketing platform that is currently used by over 1000 leading consumer brands. They have experienced a phenomenal level of growth both in terms of revenue but also clients over the last few years. They have won a number of awards for the success of their platform and also as an employer of choice. They want to now continue on their successful growth plan and increase their already wide network of global offices by opening an office in Lisbon and this senior recruiter role is integral in the success of this office.

**The Job**

As the senior recruiter you will lead on the talent acquisition strategy, this will include;
- Partnering with the global stakeholders to understand their current and future hiring needs, advising these stakeholders on best practice TA strategies
- Define the offices EVP and ensure that this is weaved into the overall strategy and all communications for the company and office
- Work with local companies and Universities to elevate their EVP and brand within the Portuguese market
- Manage all recruitment processes smoothly from beginning to end
- Work with the DEI team on diversity sourcing and recruitment initiatives
- Design and deliver a creative sourcing strategy

**You will be**

You will have;
- 8 + years experience working as a recruitment specialist within a fast growth company dealing with a mixture of high volume and niche roles
- 2 + years experience of working in a global company where you have dealt with stakeholders across a range of global locations
- 4 + years experience of dealing with senior Director level hiring
- Exceptional communication skills
- Able to work autonomously and manage a busy workload
