**Techno Functional Consultant**

**(Hybrid), Lisbon
- Portugal**

**What you will be doing**

Ø Successfully gather clients and payroll vendors requirements through regular workshops.

Ø Create and own interface design documents.

Ø Configure interface on Company’s middleware tooling, More specifically:

- Mapping of screen fields (source) to output fields target)
- Inserting code translation tables
- Defining of required validations and business rules

Ø Supports the development/modification to target system import program(s) as needed

Ø Supports in the execution of system testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing

Ø Prepares the cutover plan for deployment

Ø Work closely together with the global project team members to ensure coordination and alignment with timelines as set out by the program

Ø Leads data migration exercises: Data cleansing, Data validation, Data realignment

**What you will need**

Ø 3 to 5 years’ experience working with ERP systems

Ø Knowledge of interface deployment principles and methodologies

Ø Knowledge of configuration management, and Testing principles

Ø Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases within the project lifecycle

Ø Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies

Ø Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

Ø A team player, able to work with and through others

Ø Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

Ø Excellent business English

**Nice to have;**

Ø Good knowledge of payroll process management

Ø solid understanding of payroll regulations

Ø Oracle HCM Cloud experience
