**The team you'll be part of**
Nokia’s People organization is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.

The team you will be joining brings innovation and excellence to People end users by continuously improving processes, controls, and practices of PE to effectively manage People User Experience. The central team is highly collaborative with various PE communities and works in a self managed environment with “focus on the employee”. The use of digitalization is a must to customize the user experience, create more transparency and drive the Nokia People culture.

A **Communication specialist **is someone who thrives on improving organizational effectiveness by using planned and deliberate communication strategies. In this role, we look to you to provide best practice communication and engagement knowledge. It is key to understand change and how it impacts individuals, teams, and ways of working. Knowing HR environment, processes, tools, and people will be a big asset.

**What you will learn and contribute to**
As part of our team, you will:

- Drive the global vision for communication that will bring delight to PE customers via user centric processes and innovation that will make the life of our customers easy
- Create presentations/storylines to introduce, implement or sustain change, presenting to multiple stakeholders and facilitating meetings and discussions.
- Co-develop communication plans and work with stakeholders to execute against these plans.
- Develop creative communications for employees and manage our internal digital channels to further our impact with employees including effective marketing messages of the PE organization.
- Develop creative communications for external digital channels to further our impact of the Nokia People organization including effective marketing messages to socialize that Nokia is a great place to work because of our focus on user experience.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Ability to work in an agile way.
- You are enthusiastic, passionate, and inspiring to others when promoting a different way to do things or behave.
- You are a dynamic communicator with effective networking, facilitation, and marketing skills.
- A natural curiosity and willingness to explore new ways of delivering information
- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.
- The following are assets: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Education in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, advertising, English/liberal arts, or transferrable area and experience managing websites and social media channels
- Previous work experience in an international setting is a plus.
