**The team you'll be part of**
The Sourcing Specialist Intern will join the Tactical Sourcing Services department at Nokia, which is part of the Chief Financial Organization. You will join a team of Sourcing Specialists and Procurement Buyers and will be learning on-the-job from day one.

**What you will learn and contribute to**
As part of our team, you will:

- Be responsible for the procurement of products or services and will support Sourcing Specialist/Managers in management of indirect procurement categories for all the regions and business groups at Nokia
- Be responsible for contracting and negotiating the prices with local/regional suppliers
- Assist the business groups in finding the right supplier for their product/service
- Overseeing the supply market, business practice and local legislation
- Be responsible for initiating vendor creations/extensions and any other data maintenance
- Ensure that procurement policies and controls are followed
- Provide local feedback of suppliers' performance and products/services

**Your skills and experience**
Preferred capabilities of the applicant are:

- Bachelor/master’s degree and interest in Procurement/Sourcing
- Keen to learn supplier market
- You also possess good capabilities for operational thinking and decision making
- Fluent in English
- You are a good negotiator and have good communication and networking skills
- You are a team player
