We are looking for a **Business Intelligence & Insights Trainee** to integrate Nespresso Portugal, in the **Consumer Experience & Insights team**. **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & INSIGHTS TRAINEE**
- Analysis and interpretation of data and KPIs to drive decisions in the business and find opportunities
- Generate insights to support sales teams as their business partner in data-driven decision-making
- Work together with other teams to ensure business priorities are met
- Build and deploy Power BI dashboards according to business needs

**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCESSFUL**
- University degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics or related disciplines.
- Expertise in MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL or Python is a plus
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
- Good relational and communication skills to manage different stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset and critical thinker, able to read into the data and “connecting the dots” using strong data and analytics skills
- Strong passion for consumer experience and openness to learn and develop in this area
- Proficiency in English
