**Position Summary**

We are currently looking for a Master Data Lead Specialist. Reporting to Source to Pay & Trade Assets Lead, this professional will be leading a team in Master Data.

**A day in the life of...**
- Manage the Master Data team and ensure that all Master Data activities in scope are executed in a timely manner and according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPls); Responsible for Customer Master Data, Material Master Data, Data Approval and Pricing;
- Drive towards excellence by ensuring best practices are implemented and business/internal controls are in place;
- Monitor the efficiency of the operations and coordinates execution of Continuous Improvement initiatives;
- Create and execute short to mid-term plans for optimizing the organization, function, or sub-function and the talent required to execute strategies in job area;
- Encourage, coach & develop team;
- Identify and implement process improvements in relation to master data processes;
- Ensure business continuity plan is define, update and implemented;

- Ability to develop and lead a team;
- Successful experience in delivering services through Shared Service partners;
- Knowledge in Data Management;
- Good stakeholder management skills;
- Knowledge in SAP solution;
- Good understanding of Shared Service Center operations, internal and external business environment and business processes;
- Solid knowledge of MS office, particulary Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI);
- Strong leadership skills;
- Advance level of English;
- Demonstrated competency in project participation and execution;
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address and influence internal and external customers;
- Good planning, and organisational skills;
- Adaptability to change and cope in fast-paced environment;
- Analytical capability;
- Continuous improvement mindset.
