A Crowe Portugal procura contratar, para a função de **Corporate Real Estate Manager** um profissional com formação superior em Gestão / Economia e **experiência mínima** **de 8 anos** no ramo Imobiliário corporativo / comercial.

O profissional a contratar deverá:

- Possuir elevadas competências comerciais na identificação de oportunidades de negócio, identificando ativos para venda e entidades para compra de ativos existentes;
- Ser profundo conhecedor da dinâmica do mercado imobiliário corporativo, com domínio de vários asset classes: Hotelaria, Industrial, Logística, Escritórios, Retalho, Residências de Estudantes, Senior Housing e Capital Markets;
- Possuir excelente rede de contactos no mercado imobiliário corporativo;
- Possuir excelente capacidade de negociação;
- Deter experiência na gestão de equipas comerciais.

Formação e Competências Técnicas:

- Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia ou áreas de estudo similares;
- Especializações no ramo Imobiliário;
- Experiência anterior consolidada no setor imobiliário corporativo / comercial mínima de 8 anos;
- Domínio da língua inglesa, escrita e falada (fator eliminatório). Francês e Espanhol serão valorizados.

- Espírito de equipa, pronto para contribuir em múltiplos projetos;

- Bom relacionamento interpessoal e empático;
