Our Cultural Association, nestled in the lush landscapes of northern Portugal, is in search of a dynamic Volunteer Coordinator to connect passionate volunteers with meaningful projects and experiences. From overseeing volunteer recruitment to fostering a collaborative atmosphere, this is an exciting opportunity to be a driving force in our community

**About the Role**:As the Volunteer Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the spirit of our association. Your enthusiasm and dedication will empower others to contribute their time and skills to our vibrant community. This role isn't just about coordinating tasks; it's about fostering a sense of purpose and belonging among volunteers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee the volunteer program and develop strategies for effective recruitment and engagement.

Collaborate with various teams to identify volunteer needs and opportunities.

Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for volunteers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.

Observe what needs to be done, how and coordinate the distribution and execution of volunteer tasks.

Support and guide volunteers in their roles, providing mentorship and encouragement.

Be the emotional pillar at the center of a group of younger traveling volunteers.

Ensure effective communication with volunteers, addressing inquiries and feedback promptly.

Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the volunteer and guest experience.

**About You**:You are a people-oriented individual with a passion for community building and volunteerism. Your excellent communication and organizational skills enable you to connect with volunteers from diverse backgrounds and cultures. **Salary**: 900.00€ - 1,300.00€ per month
