Cash Collection Administrative

Cash Collection Office is part of our Service Business Unit and is responsible for administering and collecting payments from customers or clients. The primary function of this department is to ensure the timely and accurate collection of funds owed to the company.

Efficient cash collection is crucial for maintaining a healthy cash flow and sustaining the financial stability of a business. It requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the company's credit policies and payment terms.

**Responsibilities**
- Timely collection of accounts receivable
- Maintains an effective Cash Collection control and follow-up
- Analyze Cash Collection amounts
- Develop the Cash Collection procedure.
- Inform required parties of the key phases
- Manage and report on Cash Collection data

**Qualifications**
- Administrative/finance background or a related degree
- Fluent in English both oral and written communication (mandatory)
- Proactive, highly motivated, and processes-oriented
- Skilled IT user, including Microsoft Office
- Intermediate/advanced Excel user
- Good analytical and Organization skills
- Experience working in similar teams will be valued
