PRODUCT
We're the customer experts and advocates. Our teams work on the end-to-end product lifecycle; from understanding the motivations and needs of our customers and partners to designing and testing hypotheses, to creating industry-leading experiences for luxury shoppers, sellers, and service providers. We set our Product vision and achieve our strategy in close partnership with teams across the business.
THE ROLE
Being part of the Farfetch Platform Solutions (FPS) Team, you will promote and shape the Farfetch Platform evolution, ensuring the right use cases and solutions are identified and built to help our fashion brands achieve their goals for increasing sales, engage users and improve the e-commerce performance for all websites and apps operated by FPS. You will manage transversal initiatives across different product verticals enabling a 360º view of our platform and products. You will work with other product managers inside and outside FPS to guide the definition and implementation of platform capabilities. You will report to the Group Product Manager.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Understand customers' problems ('what' and 'why');
- Identify business opportunities and success metrics;
- Manage initiatives across the different product verticals and other teams
- Translate customer needs into technical requirements;
- Manage dependencies, and priorities and provide a clear direction to engineering teams;
- Follow the onboarding of new customers
WHO YOU ARE
- Graduated or with a master’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science and Business Management or other relevant to the area of Intervention;
- You are a technology enthusiast and passionate about developing customer-centric products;
- You are an excellent team player who enjoys working within a large and diverse team;
- You have good communication and complex problem-solving skills
- You have 3+ years of work experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role;
- You have relevant experience in E-commerce.
