**This includes working with key stakeholders and a translation council to ensure content is concise, accurate and actionable.**

**What will you do?**
**Coordinate content translation, including an editorial review of translated materials and facilitation of a translations council.**
**Publish site content in a consistent and timely manner that meets stakeholder needs.**
**Inventory site content and partner with workstream leads on when to keep, update or archive content.**
**Manage an editorial calendar to track HR events and employee requirements.**

**What you'll need to succeed?**:
**Associate degree or equivalent experience.**
**2 years of experience in Human Resources or Communications**
**Bilingual (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, etc.)**
**Editorial experience, including using **Microsoft **Word, or equivalent, for tracking changes and commenting on documents.**
**Familiarity with the administrative functions of a Content Management System (CMS), such as WordPress**
**Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.**
**Effective oral and written communication**
**Basic use of **Microsoft **Excel, or equivalent, for content inventory and editorial calendar**
