Moreover, we go beyond just offering services; we also have a beauty school within our salon, enabling us to train and nurture aspiring beauty enthusiasts.
We are currently seeking an **Administrator**, an exciting opportunity to be part of MBB Beauty Bar in Lisbon
**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting guests,сreation of a friendly and positive atmosphere
- Communication with the clients on social media and direct phone
- Direct work with sales of beauty services
- Making an appointments on CRM
- Offering drinks and treats to visitors: water, tea, coffee, and snacks are very helpful in creating a positive attitude
- Notifying clients about the appointments: providing details about time, consumables, price.
- Offering promotions and presenting new beauty products, speaking about sales and special offers, offering memberships.
- Finding out the reasons for canceling the appointment and entering the data into the client base
- Asking feedback, working with it, analyzing complaints and guests' offers.
- Informing owners and staff about the complaints and offers.
- Promptly resolving issues on the different salon activities, fixing breakdowns, calling repair services, and ordering the necessary equipment.
- Monitoring compliance with cleanliness, sanitary standards, and fire safety.
- Consumable stock management, marking employees' requests and ordering the necessary materials for work.
- Being interested in increasing the number of salon guests: mentioning the beauty studio on social media, helping with marketing strategies, and being in touch with the leading campaigns of the beauty salon.
**Requirements**:
- 1 year minimum of experience on similar position
- Understanding of service standards
- Understanding of sales technic, experience in direct sales will be plus
- Good communication skills
- English and Portuguese languages
- Goal orientation
