**Overview**
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take charge of our game platform, which includes responsibility over both our flagship website and Arenas product. You will be integral to driving our mission of delivering enjoyable content to millions of users worldwide.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving Arkadium's objectives. By guiding the strategy, development, and success of our game platform, you will help deliver top-quality digital content to our users. Through data-driven decision making, collaboration, and innovation, your contributions will have a direct impact on the growth and success of Arkadium.
**Responsibilities**
- Drive the vision, strategy, and execution for Arkadium's game platform, defining and communicating product roadmaps in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Analyze user needs and behaviors, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities to enhance our offerings.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including partnership, design, engineering, and marketing to deliver products that meet business goals and growth targets.
- Lead the entire lifecycle of game platform product initiatives, from ideation through development, launch, and beyond.
- Create, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics in close collaboration with our analytics team to drive product success, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve the products.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the gaming or digital content industry.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, UX/UI principles, and agile methodologies.

- Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.

- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with excellent problem-solving skills.
