We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department. You are part of this team

What do you do in a day?
- This position performs general brokerage tasks and assesses fees for importing international packages.
- Ensures assessment of duties and taxes is in accordance with local customs and tax regulations.
- Contact customers, if necessary, in order to obtain information to proceed with the dispatch of the goods to Customs.
- Other technical and administrative tasks inherent to the function

What do we expect from you?
- Brokerage certification - preferred
- Previous experience in a call center environment - preferred
- 12th year course - preferred
- Intermediate level (B1) of the English language (written and spoken) - preferred
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Results orientation
- Problems solution
- Team spirit
- Working hours: 09:00 - 17:00, Tuesday to Saturday
