**FINANCE**

We're a global team with a presence in all of our locations around the world. Our biggest teams are based in the UK and Portugal. Our team in Porto focuses on financial reporting and operations, while the Group Finance team in London comprises Corporate Development, Tax, Treasury, and Commercial Finance. All of our teams play an instrumental role within the business, from developing best practices to delivering strategic projects, and helping us to tell our story with data.

**LISBON**

Our Lisbon office is located in Portugal's cosmopolitan capital. In this office, Farfetchers like to have catch ups in the ball pit or creative moments by the grand piano

**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Customs Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for advisory, and project management composed of global specialists in all aspects of indirect tax and international trade. You will be expected to contribute to the definition and implementation of solutions to achieve compliance with regulations and laws, as well as to optimize the business from an indirect tax perspective.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide day-to-day support on customs and supply chain-related matters, as requested by the business and in collaboration with the wider indirect tax team.
- Collaborate in day-to-day activities of indirect tax projects and/or customs workstreams in projects.
- Collaborate in the definition of new guidelines for customs-related processes within the Group.
- Monitor actions transactions and procedures within the Group to provide customs assurance and/or offer solutions, and improvement proposals.
- Monitor for possible customs issues and opportunities relevant to Farfetch, and maintain a good working knowledge of customs legislation and procedures.

WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced in Customs and Global trade affairs (2+ years of experience desirable).
- Previous experience in e-commerce is desirable.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) and technology friendly.
- Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial organization undergoing tremendous growth, demonstrating the ability to work with ambiguity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, to manage multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) while retaining integrity, attention to detail, good judgment, and being pragmatic.
