We’re looking for an** Events Assistant/Specialist **to support planning, organizing, and executing successful events for Acolad.
This role will assist in all aspects of event marketing, from pre-event communication and logistics to on-site event support and post-event evaluation.
This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Promoting events across several platforms
- Supporting the events manager with logístical and administrative support
- Assisting with creative decisions and helping develop new projects
- Help develop event marketing materials
- Assisting and execute multiple end-to-end live and virtual events
- Centralize and maintain updated events’ calendar, best practices and processes
- Help building Acolad concept events such as customers events, webinars or workshops
- Research and advise on events to attend and evaluate sponsorship opportunities
- Provide improvements and bring new ideas and concepts to event programs
**Requirements**:
- 3+ Experience in **events management**:
- Fluent in **English.**:
- Knowledge of** French **or/and** German **are** a plus.**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Autonomy and ability to proactively address
- Solid project management skills (ability to set priorities, handle multiple projects and follow through on deadlines)
- Experience with the following tools is a plus: Salesforce (or similar CRM), HubSpot (or other marketing automation tools), GoToWebinar (or other digital event platform).
