Our client is an international company. They seek to find for Porto Area **Business Analyst** (M/F).
- Support activities of the Corporate FP&A Team and Senior Management, especially in the coordination and preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances, as well as any other ad-hoc analysis._
- Support BNA and OneStream Application activities as Tech Lead _
- Support on the preparation and publishing of monthly financial results._

**_ Responsibilities_**
- _Support all setup and settings in OneStream and BNA in coordination with external consultants._
- _Independently analyze and clarify business requirements with internal stakeholders while assessing the risks of various solution designs_
- _Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management_
- _Responsible for the estimation of the business solution effort and clarification of module and process inquiries_
- _Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting_
- _Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support_
- _Work closely with the Divisions Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting_
- _Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts_
- _Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards, PowerBi and Onestream Modeling_
- _Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools_
- LEAP - _Annual performance review_

**Profile**
- Academic Degree in Business Administration, Business Computer Science, or similar
- 2/4 Years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis and statistical analysis
- Attention to detail
- Strong Computer skills to effectively use software to analyze financial information, identify trends, make forecasts, especially advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
- Familiarity with data query/data management and BI tools valued (PowerBI, SQL, Business Objects)
- Strong analytical skills to process large amounts of information
- Problem solving skills
- Highly self-organized, provide a pro-active attitude and organize work independently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English (mandatory)
