**Responsibilities**
- Windows Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022), including performance monitoring, updates, and patch management.
- Active Directory (AD): Manage Active Directory, including user and group accounts, GPOs, and organizational units, ensuring effective access control and compliance.
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Administer Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams, managing user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
- System Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security measures, including multi-factor authentication, patch management, and compliance policies for data protection.
- Automation: Leverage PowerShell scripting to automate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce human error in system administration.
- Virtualization: Use virtualization platforms like Hyper-V or VMware to manage virtualized environments, optimizing resource allocation and system performance.
- Monitoring and Optimization: Use monitoring tools (e.g., Microsoft System Center, Azure Monitor) to track system health, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure high availability.
- Backup and Recovery: Maintain and test backup and disaster recovery systems to minimize downtime and data loss in the event of an incident.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document procedures, configurations, and incident reports, maintaining an organized and accessible knowledge base.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Serve as second-level support for escalated technical issues related to Microsoft systems, collaborating with other IT staff to resolve incidents effectively.

Requirementso Strong expertise in Windows Server administration (2016, 2019, or later).
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
Desirable Certifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
- CompTIA Network+ or CompTIA Security+ (preferred but not required).
