- **Shifts system: Monday to Friday** (7h-16h or 8h-17h or 9h-18h) **- 40h per week** incl. Public Holidays

We are looking for reinforcements in the form of French-speaking Back-Office employees for our team in Lisbon. We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- Provide information about hotel products or services, accept or plac orders for suppliers (food, hotel equipment, other services), delete accounts of inactive suppliers or obtain complaint details
- Be responsible for the **administrative support** to the financial area - accepting invoices, forwarding to relevant departments, data validation
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports, and price lists
- Double check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly

**What do we expect?**

- **You speak communicative English - min. B2 level**:

- You live in Lisbon area or you are ready to relocate there
- You are customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with people

**What do we offer?**
- **Possible start: 04.10**:

- **Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **1038€ gross x12 months or 890€ gross x 14 months**
- **up to 150€** gross** performance bonus**/month
- **meal allowance**: 7,23€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
- Fixed term, renewable full time employment contract for 6 months (according to the Portuguese law)
- **Shifts system**:Monday to Friday** (7h-16h or 8h-17h or 9h-18h) - 40h per week incl. Public Holidays**:
