Environmental Inspector

**Job Description**:
Ensures compliance to Project Environmental procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Resource will be responsible for:

- Providing direct support to the Project Construction team.
- Ensuring that the operational activities are carried out in compliance with relevant Project Environmental policies and procedures
- Monitoring the correct collection, transport and disposal of wastes in accordance with Local regulation, Company requirements and Project HSE Policy;
- Emergency Response Teams are trained and prepared to cope with Emergencies including as oil spill.
- Collaborate in audits and visits from clients and authorities
- Supervise the compliance with the necessary environmental permits
- Supervise the compliance with environmental legal and contractual requirements in projects

Work Experience and education requirements:

- The job holder should have at least 3 years’ experience in an Environmental role

Soft Skills and Competencies:

- English Language (B2 Level or equivalent)
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
