**Omni-contact Developer - Graduate Program**
In an increasingly competitive and challenging market, at CCEP we see the role of the Graduates that seek our program as pivotal to deliver the present and future of our company. The mentor will accompany the graduate into developing key skills, honing practical concepts and practicing the knowledge acquired in the graduate’s bachelor’s/master’s degree. The objective of this graduate program is to be part of the Field Sales team during this 12 month program, to adapt, overcome and achieve an experience that only CCEP can provide.
**Your main goals**:
- Develop yourself during the 12 months of the program, defined by the goals that you set with your mentor and learning new ways of working with CCEP;
- Maintain a mutually beneficial contact with your peers, clients and other stakeholders;
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to learn what they do at the highest professional level, in the Field Sales area and/or similar roles;
- You will participate in the design of the various points of contact with the customer of the FMCG market and develop the actions necessary for its materialization, according to the specificity of the channel in which your mentor will provide indications;
- Work collaboratively with the CCEP Developer team to guide and ensure that brand programs and quality content are developed and optimized for the right channel, meeting the needs of key stakeholders operating within that contact channel;
- Work with your team to develop a clear vision for every point of contact with the customer, creating a framework for growth, with a clear & relevant background IT knowledge for your key stakeholders;
- Work in collaboration with Sales teams, RGM and other Ops Marketing functions, to ensure alignment and execution in favor of the brand strategies;
- Work with European Group, other CCEP countries and external providers, to bring innovation and new thinking to the team and our customers;
- Bring enthusiasm and new ideas to the team, providing the most recent insights and a discrete tech-savvy know-how that aligns technology with the latest trends of the market.
**Profile we are looking for**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Database Management or Technology Systems Management (or similar);
- Freshly graduated students that are looking for an opportunity to improve their skill and be introduced to the corporate world;
- Excellent communication, curiosity, organized and creative personality;
- Proactive and dynamic profile, with strong interpersonal relationship;
- English fluent speaker and someone with good knowledge of Spanish to participate in international CCEP projects.
