Securitisation Business Analyst

AskBlue is looking for a **Securitisation** **Business Analyst** to integrate a project in the banking area.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Be IT first point of contact for ad-hoc queries from the business across both systems
- Analyse the securitisation business requirements, working with the business and end-users to understand their needs and processes
- As part of the analysis requested to design the IT solution, write user stories in Jira and verify understanding of the requirements with users
- Work closely with IT developers to:

- discuss development options and feasible functionality which can be implemented
- ensure that business requirements are understood
- ensure that development work planning is in line with the project plan follow up development work and report back to securitisation IT manager matters that affect the quality or timeliness of delivery

- Define, execute and document the functional testing plan including regression testing in coordination with the regression tester
- Ensure teams are aware of upcoming change
- Escalate risks and issues appropriately to securitisation IT manager
- Acquire and maintain a good / detailed understanding of the existing securitisation business, document on wiki pages on a regular basis
- Perform the quarterly capital run process to support business users and other teams feed the correct parameters to downstream systems
- Perform user training as required and provide support for a limited post go-live period
- Actively contribute to the development and improvement of the Business Analyst methodology by sharing key skills, knowledge and experience with other team members as well as cross-training
- Understand and observe BNPP compliance rules, including IT employee code of conduct
- Ensure IT Security guidelines are onboarded

**Qualifications - **Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in Business Analysis
- Strong communicator / Interpersonal Skills
- Strong level of autonomy and proactive
- Proven securitisation exposure or credit risk
- Ability to prepare specifications and write/execute functional testing
- Ability to organise UAT and sign-off process
- Familiar with Agile methods in particular Scrum
- Experience in working within an environment with high pressure on timeliness and quality of deliveries
