To collaborate with a multinational company that operates in the area of immigration, we are looking for, for our offices in Lisbon or Oporto:
**Immigration Lawyer (M/F)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Organization of the entire legal process for granting permanent residence in the area of urban rehabilitation;
- Provide specialized legal advice on Golden Visa and Non-habitual residents processes;
- Manage immigration cases from initial analysis to completion.
- Conducting meetings with foreign clients and agents;
- Contact with various government entities.
- Conduct legal research and stay up to date with applicable immigration regulations and laws.

**Requirements**:

- Law degree (with bar registration);
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory;
- Relational skills and ability to work effectively and co-operatively with others;
- In-depth knowledge of applicable immigration laws and regulations
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the field of immigration, with a focus on Golden Visas and Non-habitual residents;
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and meet established goals.
