**What you'll do**:

- You will be part of a newly formed Data & Tech team within our People & Organization department.
- You will identify opportunities for automation within People & Org activities and processes.
- You will collaborate with centralized IT team to facilitate knowledge exchange, co-create and uphold automation standards.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA and AI technologies.
- You will analyze existing workflows and processes to streamline and optimize them.
- You will conduct regular assessments to measure the impact and effectiveness of automation initiatives.
- You will stay updated on industry trends and technologies to propose innovative process solutions for Emma.
- You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation systems.
- You will ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards in all automation activities.

**Who we are looking for**:

- You hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.
- You have a strong interest or previous experiences in People & Org topics.
- You have proven experience in implementing automation solutions, preferably using RPA and AI technologies.
- You have a strong understanding of process optimization.
- You have first experience in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., UiPath, Python, Java).
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
