Principal Missão:
Viver com paixão pelo que fazemos, perseguindo a visão de chegarmos coletivamente ao 50%+1€ de Mercados Internacionais e de alcançar e ultrapassar os objetivos propostos da Business Unit de Coffee.

Em estreita colaboração com as várias equipas internas e conhecimento das oportunidades dos vários mercados, deve projetar as nossas marcas internacionalmente, levando-as a cada vez mais consumidores e clientes.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Definir, desenvolver e implementar as iniciativas que respondam às oportunidades de aceleração do negócio junto dos vários países e nos vários canais de distribuição
- Gestão do portfolio à sua responsabilidade, garantindo total compliance nos países de destino
- Liderar lançamento de novos produtos em todas as fases do projeto, passando pela dinâmica de implementação nos mercados até ao seu tracking
- Desenvolver ou adaptar os conceitos criativos de marcas e produtos, bem como coordenar o desenvolvimento dos materiais nos vários touch-points da marca
- Estabelecer e garantir implementação dos price indexes de produtos, junto dos países
- Identificar e desenvolver parcerias terceiras
- Realização e coordenação de reuniões de acompanhamento de negócio das operações internacionais
- Conhecer em profundidade os principais concorrentes nas principais categorias à sua responsabilidade Visita aos mercados

**Requisitos**:

- Formação superior na área de Marketing ou equivalente
- Experiência anterior em funções equivalentes
- Excelentes competências de liderança
- Boas competências de análise de mercado e campanhas de marketing
- Creative thinking e empowerment para influenciar o futuro das marcas
- Orientação para os resultados e elevado compromisso
- Capacidade de adaptação, organização e de trabalho em múltiplos projetos
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação
- Espírito positivo e construtivo
- Bons conhecimentos de Office, em especial PowerPoint e Excel
- Trabalho em equipa
- Inglês fluente Disponibilidade para viajar
