- Mercedes-Benz Omni-Channel Digital Commerce (MB.OC) covers the functions Sales, IT, Digital Marketing and Product Management of Mercedes-Benz Cars and is responsible for the development of the worldwide Mercedes-Benz websites and online sales touchpoints.- Digital transformation is a top strategic priority for Mercedes-Benz. As one of the major initiatives in this field, the "MB.OC OneFrontend" initiative aims to provide the customers with a seamless and luxurious online-to-offline experience, whether customers are online or in a showroom with a sales expert. The ambition is to make the customer's journey consistent and seamless across all digital and physical touchpoints.

The Mercedes-Benz Digital House combines business and IT to build digital solutions. The existent agile workplace and start-up atmosphere encourage creativity and innovation. Within the Digital House, the newly established international team "MB.OC OneFrontend" is responsible for the Retailer and Customer Contact Centre integration in the MB.OC web channel. This team works closely together with headquarter, regional, and market partners to lead the digital transformation towards a seamless omnichannel customer experience. Over the coming years this solution will be scaling to major markets across the globe.
- Work on the ongoing development of the rollout process and the creation and maintenance of key related documents, tools, and other materials;
- Plan, adjust and track roadmaps as well as milestones, identify and monitor risks and dependencies and take care of counter measures in alignment with the program lead;
- Prepare markets for future product enhancements;
- Structure, organize, prepare and align steering committees, management meetings, regular program management meetings, workshops incl. minutes and follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or equivalent with focus on economics, (business) computer science, (business) psychology, (business) engineering or a related field;
- Experience with modern project management tools (e.g. Atlassian, Confluence, Jira) as well as MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.);
- English business fluent, spoken and written;
- Experience with e-Commerce/Online Sales and/or digital marketing;
- Experience in an intercultural and international context (ideally);
- Analytical, process-oriented and structured thinking skills;
- Result orientation and independence;
- Focused on customer orientation and communication with everyone involved.
