What we're looking for:

- Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a bonus);
- Strong customer orientation;
- Planning and organization skills;
- Written and phone communication skills;
- Domain of computer tools;
- Higher education and experience in similar roles are valued.

Responsabilities:
You’ll be at the heart of B-Parts logistics team. Empowering the circular economy.
- Manage customer claims and returns for professionals and private customers in the automotive industry;
- Helping fulfil orders for customers;
- Ensure the customer satisfaction and follow up all steps and timings of orders;
- Provide information on logístical issues.
