RECEPTIONIST (M/F)
Job description:
We are looking for a Receptionist to carry out the following duties:
- Receiving and welcoming guests, carrying out their check-in and check-out;
- Planning and organising check-in and check-out times;
- Responding to any special requests from guests;
- Managing reservations and any cancellations in the computer system;
- Issuing invoices;
- Managing complaints and responding to guest comments.
**Requirements**:
- Initiative and dynamism;
- Organisational skills;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays;
- Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish. Polish/ German language would be appreciated.
