**Aufgaben**:
A Mercedes-Benz Portugal pretende recrutar Customer Care & 24 Hours Specialist. Esta posição reporta diretamente ao Chefe de Departamento CS & S24h e está inserida na Área de Customer Service MBC and MBV.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Gerir, analisar e tratar as reclamações, pedidos e outras questões relacionadas com os clientes;
- Recolher e analisar informações para preparar respostas aos clientes, estando em contacto com a Rede de Concessionários e Oficinas Autorizadas, departamentos da MBP e recorrendo ao apoio do departamento jurídico, se necessário;
- Acompanhamento dos casos do Serviço 24h e dos KPI’s das Oficinas, garantindo que as orientações dos HQ sejam seguidas pelo ACP/Rede de Concessionários;
- Apoio aos sistemas CRM Mercedes-Benz S24h (Compass/Sirius/outros);
- Suporte ao call center para implementação de melhorias;
- Esclarecer o ACP/Rede de Concessionários sobre questões relacionadas com mobilidade e serviço 24h;
- Apoiar o CAC Maastricht na implementação de projetos;
- Garantir a faturação das declarações dos clientes e faturação internacional do S24h.Mercedes-Benz Portugal is looking for a Customer Care & 24 Hours Specialist. This position reports directly to the CS & S24h Manager and it’s integrated in the Customer Service MBC and MBV Area.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage, analysis and treatment of the complaints, enquiries as other customer issues;
- Collect and analyse information to prepare responses from Authorized Dealers, Workshops and other departments of MBP with the legal department support, if necessary;
- Monitoring and follow up S24h cases and Workshops KPI’s, assuring that HQ guidelines are followed by ACP/Dealer’s Network;
- Maintenance of the Mercedes-Benz S24h CRM (Compass/Sirius/other’s) management system;
- Call center support for implementing improvements;
- Clarify ACP/Dealer’s Network on questions related with mobility and 24h service;
- Support CAC Maastricht in implementing projects;
- Guarantee the billing of customer declarations and international billing 24h.
**Qualifikationen**:
Qualificações
- Ensino Secundário ou Licenciatura em Gestão, Engenharia Mecânica ou equivalente;
- Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência profissional;
- Conhecimento de sistemas do sector automóvel;
- Fluente em português (obrigatório);
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês;
- Conhecimentos avançados de MS Office;
- Dinamismo, espírito de equipa e pro-atividade;
- Competência comunicacionais e de relacionamento interpessoal.**Qualifications**:
- High-school degree or university degree in Management, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years of working experience;
- Knowledge in automotive systems;
- Fluent in Portuguese (mandatory);
- Good level of English;
- Advanced knowledge as an MS Office user;
- Dynamism, team spirit and pro-activity;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
