- Interest in learning more about retail operations, inventory management and logistics systems;
- Common sense to make decisions, based on a clear analysis of the available information;
- Ability to work at a tactical and operational level, as well as to put things into practice and optimize processes;

- Motivation to deal with the customer and guarantee the best possible purchasing experience;

- Good communication skills and preferably some experience of driving machinery (forklift and/or reach truck).

**A day in your life with us**

The Logistics department plays a very important role in ensuring a good experience for our customers. We are organized into three areas, with different responsibilities:

- Replenishment - We ensure the availability of products for our customers, in partnership with teams from other areas, anticipating stock needs in accordance with sales forecasts and the commercial calendar;
- Picking - We collect, pack and deliver orders directly to our customer in store, or prepare shipping through the transport service;
- Loading and Unloading - We receive products and replace them in the respective sales areas, using pallet trucks and/or forklifts.
